Water is an amazing, consistent training environment for elite travelling athletes.
Deep water running is the preferred modality as within a short time frame a complete and constructive fitness session can be completed, but without the concussive effects of a gym workout. Cardiovascular, resisted but non-weight-bearing exercise is guaranteed - so is ideal for off-loading after travelling or at the beginning or end of a busy day. Program intensities can be designed to fit with any periodisation within a training phase.
Over 25 years we have recorded over 1500 deep water, shallow water, loaded and resisted exercises plus we have designed unique aquatic and boxing equipment - so you will never be bored and can always be challenged!
